“ First time trying Committee today after hearing lots about it. It's a bit of a trek out from Cambridge but we managed to find ourselves out in Seaport on this snowy day. There weren't any reservations online but we called and were able to snag a spot. When we got there at 11, it was fairly empty but filled up pretty quickly. We ordered coffees, the trio of dips, shakshuka, koulouri and eggs, pancakes and French toast. According to our friend, they just changed the pancake recipe (though unconfirmed) which is a total bummer. While it would have been nice to try the OG berry pancakes, the apple ones weren't too bad either! The koulouri and dips were great as was the shakshuka. The French toast was probably the only plate we didn't finish, as it was a bit too sweet for our taste. Would definitely come back to check out their dinner menu and can see this being a great night time spot as well! ”
“ Very good service and delicious tapas. Get a reservation - We wanted a table and were offered one for 1 hour only. Fortunately, we never had to give up our table when it wasn't needed before the end of the evening. ”
“ The food was delicious, super fresh, and flavorful. The zucchini chips were crispy and not oily or soggy at all. Brussel sprouts were on the softer side, but I loved them. The burrata was so yummy. Dips were great. I'm usually biased towards babaganoush and Committee really delivered. The shrimp was tasty, but nothing to write home about. The first thing we did was ordered the kreaton and I am so happy that we did. All the meat were seasoned so well and cooked to a perfect texture. The fries were nice too. I would skip the deserts as they were quite disappointing. The cheesecake was good for one bite. Then the sweetness and textures crashing together just didn't make it a good experience. The Halva ice cream was icey and watery(?). It wasn't very creamy. The sokolatopita was lacking in the chocolatey flavor and was overall very meh. I appreciated the cozy industrial interior look. It's best to go with a small group to try out all the dishes. The seating options aren't the best for bigger groups. I wish our server was a bit more attentive since there were couple of times where we had to ask the food runners to find her for us. But it was a busy night and we were a big group. ”
“ Amazing tapas!! We were with a large group and tried one of everything on both sides of the menu. Everything was outstanding. I'd love to come back her again. The service was fast, personable and followed all etiquette. ”
“ Stumbled upon this restaurant after a round of mini golf and what an amazing stumble it was! We dined in on a Saturday around 9:30pm. It was dark and the music was loud as it seems their bar dining area turns into more of a bar/club. That lost the star for me. Too loud to talk. They had a bouncer checking IDs so I would guess late night meals are 21+ but I'm not sure. An appealing tapas menu that caught our eyes - whether out of pure hunger or just how delicious everything sounded - we went a little crazy with the ordering. We ordered the trio of dips, mussels, octopus, crispy calamari, chicken souvlaki, and zucchini crisps. I only got a photo of the trio of dips because that was so amazing I just couldn't stop eating after that first bite. Their mocktail offerings were nice as well as their beer offerings. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Dishes were sent out at a good pace. Would definitely recommend. ”
“ Absolutely delicious!! Welcoming atmosphere, friendly barkeep and staff all around. The food was scrumptious, and we shared the keffedakla, chicken souvlaki, mussels, feta 2.0 and spanakopita after enjoying the trip of dips at the bar... Can't go wrong here!! Only advice I have is come with a larger group so you can taste more things ... ”
“ Committee is always a good choice! I've been missing Committee, so my best friend decided to stop by last night. The food, atmosphere, and service is as wonderful as I remember. We tried the watermelon feta salad, the octopus, chicken souvlaki, and lamb chops. The watermelon feta salad tasted like a refreshing summer day with a blend of rainbow heirloom tomatoes, a whipped feta, and perfectly crisp watermelon. The octopus was tasty too, but a bit spicy because there were jalapeños. The chicken souvlaki was incredibly tender and the whipped feta partnered with the lamb chops was the perfect match. Be sure to order a side of pita if you order either of those dishes! ”
“ Good food and super friendly service Has brunch here on a Saturday before a visit to the nearby institute of contemporary art. The server was friendly and fun, and checked in regularly and dealt with my somewhat needy dining companions with grace and patience. This included along to move one table over because it was "sunnier" (it was no different) I had the salmon pita - basically a salmon bagel platter on grilled pita bread with capers, onions and some shredded cabbage and cream cheese. Delicious and not too filling / just enough Drinks were great as well Glad we made reservations as by the time we left they wasn't a sweet in the place ”
“ The drinks were incredible. Highly recommend this place for a chill night out with a friend. The octopus was also delicious and shareable for two. Our bartender Alex took great care of us and made lots of yummy drinks. Would love to come back next time to try more of their dishes. ”
“ Committee is extremely popular with tourists it seems so sometimes it hard to get a table but I've noticed that it's less crowded than you'd think from how hard it is to get a reservation so I'd suggest that you try to come in person if you can't a table online. The food is more of a fusion food and more Mediterranean than Greek food so it's quite different from what I had while in Greece. However food is decent and good enough to see why some people really like this place. The service is good especially I liked how the receptionist was accommodating when we added more more person to a reservation of two. I also really liked the decoration and I think it definitely has a great vibe to it. Overall I do think it's a positive experience to come for the breakfast/brunch. The pita bread and hummus is probably the highlight of the meal because I liked all different choices of the dipping sauces. The omelette is not bad either but most omelette are decent. I tried Greek fried chicken and didn't find it better or even different than other chicken sandwiches. They said they used thigh meat but it tasted like breast meat which is telling. I think food is probably 3.5 at best but because of the receptionist and the overall interior I decided to give it an even 4 . ”
